Our coconut flour is made from organic coconuts.  The by product of the milk process.  The remaining pulp is dried and then ground - a resourceful way to use all the fruit.  High in dietary fibre, a good source of protein and gluten free.  Can be used in baking, deserts, and bread crumbs.

Natural sweetener, no fructose, natural thickener.  No GMOs.
