Perfect Sweet is 100% Xylitol, a naturally occurring sugar free sweetener.  Xylitol is extracted from plants such as birch tree and corn cobbs.  Xylitol is also produced naturally in our bodies.  Perfect sweet is the highest quality Xylitol available.
