Vital Kids is an all-in-one daily multinutrient containing 56 vital ingredients to provide nutritional support and energy during those crucial growth spurts.  May be helpful for growth and development, immunity, digestion, optimal learning, energy and healthy skin.

For children aged 5 to 12 years old, dissolve 1 heaped teaspoon in 200mls of water, non-acidic juice (avoid orange juice), or milk of your choice. Vital Kids can be sprinkled over cereal, added to smoothies or yoghurt, or straight into a drink bottle for an after school boost.
